First Observation of Atomic Rainbow in Graphene
A team led by experimental physicist Carolin Frank has experimentally observed rainbow scattering in single-layer graphene for the first time. The research from Duisburg and Uppsala also reveals where commonly used models of ion-solid interactions reach their limits.
